Arrival and Departure
Hand sanitiser will be available on entry for guests’ use.
We will take payment for your stay on arrival, once you have settled into your room. Just come and find us when you are ready to pay. On departure, please leave your keys in the basket provided on the hall shelf.
Bedrooms
All objects and surfaces that are touched regularly will be disinfected, including bathrooms, door handles, light switches, TV remote and your laminated guest information sheets.
We will normally service your room each day. Please just let us know, or display the ‘do not disturb’ sign, if you would rather not have your room serviced on any particular day. Towels and cushion covers are cleaned in line with Government guidelines; bed linen is all professionally cleaned.
Breakfast
We are offering a full table service. Please pre-order your breakfast the night before on the form provided.
General
Cleaning and sanitising will be carried out on a regular basis to the highest of standards in all areas of the house.
For the duration of the pandemic, cancellations can be made free of charge at any time.
Finally, if you are feeling unwell, please don’t travel. The Dales Guest House, Harrogate and the spectacular Yorkshire Dales National Park will still be here when you’re feeling better. If you become ill with Covid during your stay, please let us know immediately. You will be asked to return home and any unused nights will be refunded to you.
